Indulge in a Deliciously Easy, Multi-Layered Dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer the shredded coconut evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over the coconut.
  5. If using, add the chopped nuts on top of the chips.
  6. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over all the layers.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
