  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and drain.
  3. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Add the rinsed quinoa and chopped pecans to the boiling mixture.
  5. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and turns a golden color.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in butter and sea salt.
