  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
