Salted Caramel Apple Crumble Bars

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  5. Spread the diced apples evenly over the crust.
  6. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the apples.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the caramel.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
