Delicious Salmon Tacos filled with grilled salmon, shredded cabbage, mango salsa, and chipotle lime crema, perfect for summer gatherings or quick weeknight dinners.

  • 2 fillets of salmon
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup mango salsa
  • 1/2 cup chipotle lime crema
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium heat until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  2. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  3. Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of shredded cabbage on each tortilla, followed by a piece of salmon, then top with mango salsa and a drizzle of chipotle lime crema.
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice before serving.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Don’t overcook the salmon and consider marinating it in advance for deeper flavor.
