Decadent brownies with a delightful raspberry swirl, perfect for gluten-free diets.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Melt the butter and mix in sugar until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Mash the raspberries with sugar and lemon juice in a separate bowl until smooth.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and swirl the raspberry mixture through the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let them cool before cutting into squares and serving.
