  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, evaporated milk, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and baking powder.
  5. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbly mixture over the pumpkin layer in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pumpkin layer is set.
  8. Let cool before serving.
