  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and milk until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine the oats, flour, melted butter, and nuts (if using).
  4. Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the pumpkin layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
