A creamy and cheesy baked potato dish that is gluten-free, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin slices.
  3. Combine sliced potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and green onions in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Dot the top with butter and sprinkle paprika over the top.
  6. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.

Notes
