A creamy and nutty gluten-free breakfast featuring rolled oats, pistachios, and Greek yogurt, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir well until combined.
  2. Fold in the chopped pistachios.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Stir again in the morning and add more milk if desired.
  5. Top with extra pistachios before serving.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are certified gluten-free. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, but do not freeze.
