  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (for frosting)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened, for frosting)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk (as needed for frosting)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan.
  2. Cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the quick oats gently.
