  • 6 sheets phyllo pastry
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Crumble the feta cheese and mix with chopped herbs, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo pastry, brush with olive oil, and place another layer on top.
  4. Cut the phyllo into strips and place a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly around the filling, folding in the sides.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with more olive oil.
