A delightful no-bake cheesecake that blends zesty orange and creamy textures, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 orange (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve orange jello in boiling water; let cool for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
  3. Mix Graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and a pinch of salt; press into the pan and freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form; fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Combine whipped cream with cooled jello mixture gently.
  7. Layer cheesecake filling and jello mixture in crust for a marbled effect.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 360 minutes or overnight to set before serving.
