- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 apples, diced
- 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 2 eggs
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, diced apples, milk, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then add them to the oat mixture.
- If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
