- 3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, salt, and instant yeast together.
- Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
- After the dough has risen, preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat up.
- Once the oven is hot, carefully remove the Dutch oven and transfer the dough onto a floured surface.
- Shape the dough into a ball and place it on a piece of parchment paper.
- Remove the Dutch oven from the oven and carefully place the dough (with the parchment paper) into it.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
