- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
- Add the warm water to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
- After the dough has risen, preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat up.
- Once the oven is hot, carefully remove the Dutch oven and pour the dough into it.
- Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
- Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
