A simple and delicious recipe for making gluten-free bread without the need for kneading.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
  2. Add the warm water to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
  4. After the dough has risen, preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat up.
  5. Once the oven is hot, carefully remove the Dutch oven and pour the dough into it.
  6. Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
  8. Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.

Notes

  • Make sure to use a gluten-free all-purpose flour blend for best results.
  • For added flavor, consider adding herbs or spices to the dough.
