- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan to form the crust.
- In a saucepan, heat coconut milk over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries if desired.
