  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan to form the crust.
  3. In a saucepan, heat coconut milk over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  4. Remove from heat and add dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
  5. Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries if desired.
