A delightful no-bake pie combining chocolate, caramel, and pecans for a sweet and creamy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • Extra caramel and pecans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth. Allow it to thicken for a few minutes.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently to create a fluffy texture.
  3. Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  4. Drizzle some caramel sauce over the chocolate layer and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  5. Add the remaining chocolate mixture on top and smooth it out.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Drizzle additional caramel and sprinkle more pecans on top for garnish.

Notes

For gluten-free, use a gluten-free graham cracker crust.
