A gluten-free delight featuring earthy mushrooms and aromatic garlic, tossed with al dente spaghetti and enriched by fruity olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 250g mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are browned and tender.
  5. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet; toss to combine with the garlic and mushrooms.
  6. Season with salt to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
