A gluten-free delight filled with ham, creamy cheese, and eggs, perfect for brunch or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • ¼ tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 (9-inch) deep-dish gluten-free pie crust, pre-baked
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). If using a frozen pie crust, ensure it’s thawed and pre-bake it for 10 minutes. Let it cool before filling.
  2. Whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the diced ham, cheddar cheese, and chopped green onion. Mix well.
  4. Whisk the eggs and heavy cream together in a separate bowl. Season with a pinch of kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Layer the ham and cheese mixture evenly into the pre-baked pie crust.
  6. Slowly pour the egg mixture over the filling, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  7. Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
  8. Let the quiche cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
