  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine pancake mix and water in a mixing bowl until smooth. If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray.
  3. Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form mini pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
