  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic (freshly minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into evenly sized cubes.
  3. Place the cubed potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the salt over the potatoes.
