  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 8 tostada shells
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup crumbled queso fresco
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place tostada shells on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mash the refried beans with a fork until smooth.
  3. Spread a layer of refried beans over each tostada shell.
