  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lb chicken tenders, trimmed
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring they are completely coated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill.
  5. Arrange the marinated chicken tenders on a baking sheet or place them on the grill.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or grill for 6-8 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
