A creamy Italian dessert infused with sweet and tangy mango flavors, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream (or coconut milk for dairy-free)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup mango puree (fresh or canned)
  • 1 mango, diced (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup mango coulis (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin over the water in a small bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Remove the hot cream from the heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Mix in the mango puree until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving cups or molds and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Top with diced mango and drizzle with mango coulis if desired.

Notes

For those watching their sugar, consider using stevia, monk fruit, or allulose as substitutes.
