Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and flour four ramekins.

  3. Whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and granulated sugar in a separate bowl until pale and thick.

  6. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  7. Bake for about 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
