Delightful no-bake treats combining tangy lemon and creamy cheesecake for a refreshing dessert experience.

  • 1 package golden Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: extra powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Crush the golden Oreos in a blender or food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Roll the balls in extra powdered sugar to coat if desired.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
