Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until well blended.
  3. Add eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the mixture and stir until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
