Delicious and -to-make keto no-bake cookies that satisfy your sweet tooth without the carbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.
  2. Stir in the almond butter, cocoa powder, and sweetener until well combined.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in the shredded coconut and nuts if using.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
