  2. Add the almond flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture, and stir until well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
  4. Pour a small amount of the batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite keto-friendly toppings.
