Jam Swirl Gluten-Free Bread

A deliciously easy recipe for everyone to enjoy gluten-free bread with a sweet jam swirl.

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup fruit jam of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and eggs.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Spread the jam over the batter, then pour the remaining batter on top.
  7. Use a knife to swirl the jam into the batter gently.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
