A creamy and spicy cheese ball that combines the flavors of jalapeños, cheese, and bacon, perfect for gatherings and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
  • 2-3 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup chopped nuts or crispy bacon bits (for coating)
  • Crackers or veggies (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Combine in a mixing bowl the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  3. Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts or crispy bacon bits to coat.
  4. Serve with crackers or veggie sticks. Enjoy!

Notes

This cheese ball can be made a day in advance. Store tightly wrapped in plastic wrap for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
