A delightful gluten-free dessert combining rich whipped cream with a luscious blackberry sauce, perfect for family gatherings and special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine blackberries and sugar in a saucepan, and cook on low heat until the blackberries break down.
  2. Strain the mixture to remove seeds and let it cool.
  3. Whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract in a bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the cooled blackberry mixture into the whipped cream, being careful not to deflate it.
  5. Serve in individual glasses, drizzling more blackberry mixture on top and garnishing with mint leaves.

Notes

Use fresh blackberries for the best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
