  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberries and jalapeño.
  3. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, cilantro, and lime juice to the bowl.
  4. Mix until well combined and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  8. Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, leave some seeds in the jalapeño.
