Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the bagels in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each bagel half.
