Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice.
  2. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
