- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt.
- Add pumpkin puree, honey or maple syrup, and applesauce to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
