- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, mashed banana, applesauce, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
- If using, fold in the raisins or chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
