- 1 cup milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 apple, grated
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
