Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)
  • 1/2 cup seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts, seeds, and rolled oats.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
