A healthier version of the classic Tagalong cookies, made with wholesome ingredients for a guilt-free treat.

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small discs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill the discs in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, spread a layer of peanut butter on top of each disc.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each peanut butter topped disc into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Place the chocolate-covered discs back on the parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
