- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
