- 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
