  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (gluten-free if desired)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the avocado chocolate mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy your healthy dessert!
