  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, almond flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine the honey (or maple syrup), applesauce, and almond milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
