Delightful gluten-free Ham & Cheese Puffs filled with savory ham and melted cheese, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of gluten-free puff pastry
  • 4 ounces of deli ham, chopped
  • 4 ounces of shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the gluten-free puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares, about 3×3 inches.
  4. Mix the chopped ham, shredded cheese, and season with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Place a spoonful of the ham and cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  6. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and press to seal.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  8. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with a crisp salad.
