Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares or rectangles.
  4. Combine the diced ham and shredded cheese in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place a spoonful of the ham and cheese mixture onto the center of each pastry square.
