  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, feta cheese, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and pour marinade over chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill or bake chicken for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
