  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and egg until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small taquito shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. While the taquitos are baking, prepare the crema by blending the avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
