  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree and almond butter until smooth.
  3. Add in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in the baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice until just incorporated.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  7. Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
